Delivery
Delivery to UK addresses is free. Orders are dispatched from our supplier's overseas warehouse and usually arrive in 9–18 days. You'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Ordering for Christmas? Please order by 5 December. Delivery can take longer during busy periods.
We currently deliver to the UK only.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us at hello@herstokeep.org and we'll tell you where to send it. You then have 14 days to return it, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
We'll refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof that you've sent it.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement or a refund. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
